Tiara de Lago

Tiara de Lago combines 13 luxury condominium suites over a ground floor of street-accessible retail space. Located in the heart of downtown Kirkland, Tiara de Lago offers the best of Kirkland living with sweeping views of Lake Washington.

Situated along one of the main stretches in Kirkland, Tiara de Lago Condominiums are a spectacular sight to behold. The building’s corner position allows for breathtaking views of Lake Washington, which glints and glitters just a few hundred yards away.

Architecturally stunning, the building gracefully fits into the surrounding community. The mixed-use building integrates 13 luxury living spaces with a ground floor of commercial real estate, currently occupied by an art gallery. With immediate access to downtown Kirkland, nearby parks, and Lake Washington waterfront, Tiara de Lago is an ideal condominium location.

Challenges/Results
Tiara de Lago was built on a tight site; the building exterior extends to the site boundaries, and a large GTE building is directly adjacent to the property. The overall design challenge for Tiara de Lago was to take advantage of the spectacular views from a small, tricky site. This made construction more difficult than usual. During construction, additional support beams were necessary to maintain stability while a hole was dug for the parking garage.

Tiara de Lago won the prestigious Master Builders Association Major Achievement In Market Excellence award for the Best Multifamily Floor Plan, selling out in just a few short months.

Today, Tiara de Lago is one of Kirkland’s premier condominium locations.
