Madison Lofts

Madison Lofts were designed to be uniquely fashioned living spaces. Challenges/Results

This building was built on a small site with many constraints, right next to the arboretum in Seattle.  The result was the nicest building on Madison Avenue and 20 sold out condominiums in a tough residential market.
