THE HUB – Lacey, WA
The Hub is an integrated mixed use campus in Lacey that has 14 buildings with 620,000 sf of Class A office/retail plus 150 units of apartments. It is located in between St. Martins University and South Sound Retail Center.
THE CENTRE – Federal Way, WA
The Centre is a six-story suburban office building of 76,295 square feet, at the intersection of South 320th and I-5. The building has sweeping views all around, and great access to I-5 with retail amenities all around.
HUB APARTMENTS – Lacey, WA
The Hub Apartments are located in Lacey Midtown district and have 200 residential apartments spread over two buildings. Being located at The Hub retail amenities are all around. You’ll definitely find plenty to do in the area.
MEEKER SQUARE – Kent, WA
Meeker Square is an office and retail site located in Kent. It is at the corner of Meeker and Washington streets, and features one of the highest traffic counts in all of Kent due to its easy access to freeways.
TACOMA CENTRE – Tacoma, WA
Tacoma Centre is a 15-story Class “A” office/retail tower located in the heart of downtown Tacoma between Broadway and Commerce Avenues.
THE ATRIUM – Olympia, WA
The Atrium is a recently renovated building in Olympia with a large central atrium area. Thurston County general government operations currently operate out of this building.
CREEKSIDE PLAZA – Lynwood, WA
The Creekside Plaza project transformed an old steel manufacturing site into a new, Class A office building for the State of Washington.
CROSSROADS PLAZA – Bellevue, WA
Crossroads Plaza is located in Bellevue and was a successful remodel and expansion of a building originally constructed for Puget Sound Energy. It now houses the State of Washington.
THE SANCTUARY – Federal Way, WA
The Sanctuary is a Class A office campus located in a natural park-like atmosphere in Federal Way’s East Campus market. Onsite amenities include Ebony and Ivory coffee shop, a reservable board room, and an elevated “Nest” treehouse.
THE 101 – Olympia, WA
The 101 is an integrated mixed-use campus containing approximately 90,000 sf of Class “A” office and retail space spread across four buildings.
CREEKSIDE PLAZA II – Lynwood, WA
Creekside Plaza II is a build-to-suit development site located in Lynnwood. MJR will custom build-to-suit the building for you, or you can purchase to property if you prefer to own.
NORTHVIEW PARK – Lynwood, WA
Northview is located in Lynnwood and is a four-building office complex with an on-site hotel. It has great access to I5 and the Lynnwood transit center.
LAKEWOOD II – Lakewood, WA
This is a retail/office building located in Lakewood, right next to Lakewood City Hall and Lakewood Mall.
