Silver Lake, WA
Commercial condominium project with suites ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 sq ft. Designed with medical offices in mind, each suite comes complete with communications and technology infrastructure throughout.
LAKEWOOD I
Lakewood, WA
The building is a Class A two-story office building located on Main Street on the south side of Lakewood's new Town Center Retail Complex. The property is located directly east of the Lakewood City Hall.
1ST AND KING

An expansion of an existing four-story building located in the historic Pioneer Square, built in 1911, and remodeled by MJR into an office building with two new floors erected above a seismic restoration.
PUGET POWER BUILDING
Mount Vernon, WA
One of the first projects MJR developed outside of the Seattle area. Puget Power selected MJR’s proposal over four others for the design, location, and economic data that MJR presented.

Successful remodel of a building originally built for State Farm Insurance. The building was expanded and improved for the exclusive occupancy by the State of Washington.
