Evergreen Way

The Evergreen Way Office Building was the second State office building that MJR developed with Pacific Development. For the project remodel of an existing auto dealership, MJR Development acted as the development manager and transformed a 20,000 square foot single-story building into a 48,000 square foot two-story building. The new building has a two-story atrium, which is a specialized tenant improvement built for the State of Washington.

Challenges/Results
Remodeling existing buildings is always challenging, particularly when the final tenant build-out has very specific system requirements. The State was very happy with the final building and still occupies the Evergreen Way Office Building.
