Built in 2001 by Quadrant Commercial Division for Weyerhaeuser’s occupancy, the four Sanctuary Buildings were occupied entirely by Weyerhaeuser until recently providing the opportunity for new tenants to occupy these modern suburban office buildings.

The Sanctuary Buildings are located in a natural park like campus atmosphere in Federal Way’s East Campus market. East Campus has become the most desirable area for office users searching for office space in the Federal Way market. The property is ideally located approximately 25 minutes drive south of Seattle and Bellevue ,15 minutes north of Tacoma, and 10 minutes south of SeaTac International Airport.
